Room Description Tool: Introduction

I.  Introduction

The Room Description Tool helps you describe the general structure and room components of the property subject to inspection. It also allows you to indicate its common areas, if any. The tool, available on the Field Section's buttons bar, includes four room description methods:

  • Simple Method (Nº 1)
  • Grid Method (Nº 2)
  • Assisted Method (Nº 3)
  • Lead-WDO Method (Nº 4)

These methods were created by LICIEL Diagnostics in order to help you describe the property to be inspected in the best possible way. You can select the one that better suits the property you are describing, or combine them, if needed.
This article is intended to show you how to describe the general structure, and indicate the equipments and shared areas of the property.
Use the General Structure and Common Area Features tabs, within the Room Description Tool, to describe these general building characteristics.

Note: The aforementioned room description methods
are explained in detail in independent WikiLICIEL articles. Kindly refer to those articles for more info.
