Wizard Quote

You can activate the Wizard Quote so that your customers have a quick and easy way to send you an order.

 

Presentation of the Quote Wizard

Your customer, logged in as on a first visit, will be able to order directly from your Extranet site.

A questionnaire will be presented to them inviting them to indicate the details of the property.

 

A service will be offered and the customer can check / uncheck options.

Additional information will need to be provided,

as well as an appointment date to be defined.

These steps will follow the payment by credit card.

Following which you will receive an email. An order will be available in LICIELWeb (BackOffice), and / or on your LICIEL Diagnostic V4 software:

• Receipt of EXTRANET commands on V4 software
• Consulting orders on LICIELWeb (BackOffice): an "Order" notification will be available in your BackOffice interface.
