I.   Website Management

 1.1 Choice of model

About fifty website templates are available, click on "Create by following a new template".

After clicking, the list of models is visible.

You can click on the different "Model XX Preview" buttons to see the features and differences of each model.

Once decided on the model, click on " load model XX" corresponding to your choice.

You will then be able to easily modify this model according to your tastes.

1.2 Activate or deactivate your website

Click on the "Inactive" button to switch to "Active" and make your site available on the Internet.
The reverse is also possible if you want to make your site temporarily inaccessible while making the desired changes.

Always remember to save the modification (s) made.

II.   Editing of website content

After loading the chosen template, you are redirected to the index page of the site below.

When you are on the modification interface, a small toolbox allowing you to make various modifications:

2.1 "Colors"

allows you to change the colors of some main elements of your site.

There are two main colors to choose from:

Make sure the first box "color schemes" is empty.

Click on the search bar for the color chart.

Always remember to save the modification (s) made.

 2.2 "Pictures"

allows you to modify the various images present on the site.

Click on the line of the corresponding image to modify, click on the + (as above).

In " Add" , drop the images you will need.

Then in the "list", select the image then click on "Copy"

 2.3 "Texts"

To modify the text, click on the sentences directly in the page to modify them.

Do not hesitate to put certain keywords in bold to make them stand out. This will improve natural referencing.

To do this, surround your text with tags: <b> keyword </b>

 2.4 "Icons"

Allows you to modify the site icons such as those of the counters for example, from the list of free icons available on FontAwesome :

 2.5 "Details page"

 2.5.1 Modify page 1 (index)

The url of the index page is grayed out, you cannot modify it. This will have to be changed for the other pages in the form of "services-diagnostics-immobilier-paris-75010" to maximize natural referencing.

1:   You must indicate the name of your company, this field is essential for referencing

2:  You must indicate a clear description of your activity, this field will be displayed by search engines to guide your customers. Ideally, your meta description should be between 70 and 160 characters long.
Meta descriptions allow you to influence how your pages are described and displayed in search results
.
Make sure that each of your pages has a sufficiently explicit meta description and that it contains your most important keywords.
A good description acts as a potential advertisement and encourages the reader to click on your site.

3: You must indicate 5-20 keywords, also present in your page, to help certain search engines to synthesize the content of your page

The "Canonical" and "Robot index" fields concern SEO, you must leave the field empty if you are uncomfortable on the subject because this can seriously harm the natural referencing of your site.

Always remember to save the modification (s) made.

 2.5.2 Modifying a secondary page

Click on "Edit this page" (for the page concerned)

As mentioned above, the urls of the pages (except the 1-index page) must be modified as they are, for example:

These "page details" changes will be important and have a direct impact on your SEO.

2.5.3 Preview the final rendering of a page

By clicking on this button, you will be able to see the saved changes even before actually publishing your website.

  2.5.4 Add additional pages

All the templates contain 8 pages by default but only 6 are displayed.

To display more pages, modify the text tag " Number of services (number_of_services) " by indicating 7 or 8 for example.

Your pages will be accessible for modification.

2.6 "Publish your website"

Once your entire site has been personalized with your logo, your graphic charter and the missions you carry out, you must publish your website so that everyone can access it via the internet.

III.   Content Editing Management

 3.1 Publish your website

This comes back to point 2.6 above: Once your entire site has been personalized with your logo, your graphic charter and the missions you carry out, you must publish your website so that everyone can have access to it via the Internet.

 3.2 Restore a backup

Click this button if you want to revert to an earlier version.

You have the possibility of having a visual before selecting a version by clicking on "Preview version".

Once the backup version has been chosen, click on the gray button "XX / XX / 20XX version".

 3.3 Reset texts and images

Allows you to return to the initial state with all the images and texts pre-configured in the chosen model.

Please note that this will overwrite all the text and image data modifications made so far.

3.4 Directly edit the HTML code

By clicking, you will see the HTML code appear.
We advise you to copy it to a suitable software  (Notepad ++, Sublime Text) and to make the desired modifications.

Be careful, if you are not familiar with HTML coding and language, don't make any changes!
The risks are to alter the structure of your website and to lose information.

Always remember to save the modification (s) made.

 3.5 Edit 301 redirects

The 301 redirect is otherwise referred to as a permanent redirect because it tells search engines that content has been moved from one URL to another permanently.

It is a powerful lever for natural referencing since it is neither more nor less than directing a content or a set of content, or even an entire site to another site.

In particular, you can redirect the pages of an old website to your new Liciel site.

Click the "add" button to add URL lines to redirect.

If you want to redirect pages from your old site to the new one, you will need to:

- Copy and paste the old site url in the left box "URL to redirect"

- Copy and paste the new site url in the right box "Redirection"

 3.6 Site referencing

The referencing offered by Liciel is natural, that is to say that the artificial intelligence of the analyzers (eg google) will scan your site and perform the referencing accordingly.

It is therefore necessary to make sure that you have respected all of this article:

- the structure of the site (managed by the software unless you intervene in the HTML code)

- redirect 301

- page name

- page content

- put in bold the key words on texts

- ...

SEO can also take time depending on clicks and its use on the web, traffic.

To optimize your referencing, it is also possible for you to have your site analyzed by computer systems, of which you will find links below:

Likewise, to have optimized referencing, you can call on specialized agencies and / or paid referencing from google.
